FAQ
Where do you photograph?
This will vary depending on your session package and whether it's an indoor or outdoor session. Send a message and let's discuss what your session style will look like.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Cedar Rapids, IA and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, I do require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Send me an email & let's chat.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link by email, with all your photos, within max of 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints! I will send you all the details to make your gallery viewing simple and straight forward.
How many pictures will we receive?
Every session is different and most of my image count is listed under the package descriptions. If you are wanting to get more images than what is listed, I have add-on options we can discuss.
Do you require a deposit?
Session deposits are 50% of the total session fee due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. A deposit is required to hold your date.
I can't make my session, can I reschedule?
Yes! Life is busy and things come up. I am more than happy to be flexible for you. You can reschedule your session once without penalty with a minimum of 21 days notice. If you need to reschedule with less than a 21 days notice, a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $500 is due in order to reschedule your session day. Any balance paid is not refundable or transferable if you decide to cancel or you don't show up for your appointment. When you sign your contract, I stop offering that date to other clients, thus turning away business that may have been interested in a session that day.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom imagery and photography process, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your session, please reach out and let's discuss options.
